The Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach and Swansgate Apartments I & II have partnered to become Villas at Swansgate in Myrtle Beach.  1050 Mr. Joe White is a single-story garden apartment multi-family, 1021 Dunbar Street is a three-story multi-family with elevator.

Villas at Swansgate is Senior housing, 62 or older, with the rent based upon income.

There are one- and two-bedroom units, unit size does depend on family size.
